Luscious Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. oleo
3 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, oleo, lemon rind (grated), unbeaten egg yolks and milk in double boiler or cook in microwave container until thick.
Stir at intervals while cooking.
Fold sour cream in cooked ingredients and pour in baked pie shell (9-inch).
Chill for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Top with Cool Whip and serve.
Keeps well.
