Shrimp And Crawfish Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags frozen seasoning blend (onion, celery, parsley)
    2 sticks butter
    2 cans Rotel tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    Lots of Tony Chachere's Seasoning
    3 c. Half & Half
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. white American cheese
    12 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. crawfish
    3 lbs. cooked pasta
Preparation
    Put first 5 ingredients in a large pot.
    Saute until onion is clear.
    Add the next 4 ingredients to the pot and cook until thickened.
    Add shrimp and crawfish.
    Add pasta.
    Makes 15 - 20 servings.
