Broccoli Cheddar Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish frozen pie crust
1 large onion, diced
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. frozen zucchini slices
1 c. skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 red pepper, diced
Preparation

Put pie crust into a quiche pan and crimp edges.
Prick bottom with fork.
Bake 5 minutes to set crust.
In a skillet, saute onion until brown.
Sprinkle cheese over bottom of pie crust, then add onion.
Place broccoli and zucchini on top of that.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, salt, nutmeg, red pepper and black pepper.
Stir until smooth.
