Little Italy Potato Topper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Dannon plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. tomato, chopped
2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, tomato, cheese, basil, oregano and salt. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, spoon onto baked potato halves.
