Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped fine
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
    1/2 c. chili peppers
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. pickling salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Core and peel tomatoes; cut in small pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    If you want sauce hotter, add more jalapeno peppers.
