Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

1 box German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted margarine
2 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Prepare cake as directed.
Pour one-half the batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
