Broccoli Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack pack Ritz crackers, crushed
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook broccoli until tender.
    Drain and place on bottom of lightly greased square baking dish.
    Melt 3 tablespoons of butter with all the cheese in top of double boiler.
    Pour cheese over broccoli.
    Melt the remaining butter and mix well with crushed crackers.
    Spoon over broccoli and cheese.
    Bake uncovered 375\u00b0 until cheese bubbles and crumbs are lightly browned.
    Serves 6 to 8.
