Ruth'S Hot Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced pineapple
1 can peach halves
1 can pear halves
1 can apricot halves
1 can apple rings
red and green cherries (for Christmas)
1 1/2 c. juice from fruits
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo, melted
dash of curry
pecan pieces (optional)
Preparation

Put fruit in a large, ovenproof bowl.
Combine juice, brown sugar, flour, oleo and curry
and pour over fruit.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
