Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
    1 c. diced marshmallows
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts and pecans)
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and salt.
    Cook to boiling.
    Lower heat; cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and marshmallows.
    Cool.
    Beat until slightly thickened; turn into a buttered pan about 11 x 7-inches.
    Cut into squares when firm. Store in refrigerator.
