Meat Loaf And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small clove garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil leaf, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Coat a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
    Saute cabbage, celery, onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet until lightly browned and softened.
    Stir often. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water if veggies seem dry.
    Remove to plate and cool almost to room temperature.
