Philadelphia Classic New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Honey Maid graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine (melted)
    5 - 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients.
    Press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix next four ingredients with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add sour cream and mix well.
    Add eggs one at a time mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is almost set if using silver spring form pan.
    Loosen cake from side of pan.
    Cool before removing rim of pan.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 16 servings.
    Prep. time 15 minutes plus refrigerating.
