Hungarian Pepper Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, peeled, sliced, separate into rings
    1 lb. green peppers, cleaned, sliced
    3/4 lb. tomatoes, peeled, quartered
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add onion; cook over moderate heat until wilted.
    Add green peppers; cook until crisp tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook covered over low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Taste for seasoning.
    Serve in vegetable dishes.
    Yields 4 servings.
