Snappy Turtles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. vanilla
pecan halves
Preparation

Cream butter
and sugar.
Add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk; mix well. Add dry ingredients and vanilla; mix well.\tIf dough is soft after
mixing,
refrigerate
until\tfirm.
Pinch
off
a teaspoonful at a
time
and
make a small ball.
Dip ball in 1 beaten egg\twhite.\tPlace on greased cookie sheet over 3 pecan halves to
look
like
a turtle.
Put chocolate icing on after cooling.
