Mom'S Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 box vanilla wafers
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in top of double boiler.
    Add milk and egg yolks.
    Cook, stirring until mixture thickens.
    Cook 12 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
    Remove, arrange filling, bananas and wafers until dish is filled.
    Top with meringue made from 3 egg whites and 4 tablespoons sugar.
    Beat until stiff peaks form.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
    Serves 6.
