Ed'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. instant potatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    water (as needed)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onion with chicken broth and enough water to cover; bring to boil until potatoes are tender.
    Add instant potatoes and oleo to thicken.
