Layered Salad(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leaf or iceberg lettuce
    2 medium sized bell peppers
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 c. Hellmann's mayo
    1 brick sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. bacon
    6 to 8 boiled eggs
Preparation
    Wash and drain lettuce. Add 1 layer of lettuce to bottom of container. Next, add 1 layer of chopped bell peppers, then a layer of (drained) English peas. Next, a thin layer of mayo, then cheese. Top with eggs, then bacon. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours prior to serving.
