Vegetable "Aspic"(Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. chopped celery hearts
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    5 bunches green onions, sliced thinly
    1 can Del Monte Italian-style tomatoes
    1 can Del Monte Mexican-style tomatoes
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Chop celery and bell pepper in small pieces.
    Drain and chop tomatoes well; save juice. Slice or chop onions fine.
    Add juice and veggies after Jell-O has begun to thicken and mix well.
