Pot Roast In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef arm, blade or cross rib pot roast or 3 lb. beef bottom round, rolled rump, tip or chuck eye
    1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    8 small potatoes
    8 medium carrots, cut crosswise in half
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place piece of foil 30 x 18-inches in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Place beef in pan.
    Mix soup and onion soup mix; spread over meat.
    Add vegetables; sprinkle with water. Fold foil over and seal.
    Bake 4 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 8 servings.
