Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix well all ingredients, except last 2, and spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with chocolate chips and walnuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
