Shellie'S Turtle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 small jar caramel topping
    1 small bag chocolate chips
    1 (9-inch) chocolate graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large glass bowl at medium speed for approximately 2 minutes.
    Add eggs and mix at high speed until smooth.
    Fill crust 1/3 full with mixture and lace with caramel topping.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecan pieces.
    Pour remaining on top, repeat with chips, pecans and caramel.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Let cool completely, cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate, preferably overnight.
