Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. May barbecue or broil on lightly greased broiler pan, about 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center.
