Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 potato, boiled until done
    4 or 5 Tbsp. butter
    salt (pinch)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar (enough to make stiff dough)
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil a potato in skin until done.
    Peel and mash well.
    Add butter, salt and vanilla.
    Add enough powdered sugar to form a stiff dough.
    Divide in half or quarter and roll thin between two pieces of waxed paper.
    Spread with peanut butter and roll like a jelly roll.
    Wrap in waxed paper and place in refrigerator.
