Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sauerkraut
    1 green pepper
    1 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 small jar pimento
    1 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Wash sauerkraut; drain thoroughly.
    Chop pimento, green pepper, celery and onion.
    Mix in a bowl the sugar, salad oil, vinegar and cold water; add sauerkraut and remaining ingredients. Mix well; let set a day or a night in refrigerator.
