Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onions in butter 10 minutes or until tender. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or more.
    Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream and cook gently 10 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
