Irish Cream Liqueur - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee crystals
    1 Tbsp. real vanilla
    1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 c. half and half
    1 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 c. whiskey
    1/2 c. brandy (optional)
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl (at least 3-quart), beat the eggs well. Add coffee, vanilla, chocolate syrup and whipping cream.
    Mix well (use electric mixer on low).
    Add half and half, condensed milk, whiskey and brandy.
    Stir with large spoon.
    Bottle and refrigerate.
    Makes 2 1/2 fifths.
