Toffee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Lightly butter a cookie sheet and spread with pecans.
Heat sugar and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture reaches 320\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Pour mixture over pecans.
Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Spread evenly.
Cool completely and break into small pieces.
