Custard Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 single pie crust
    fruit (of your choice, enough to fill pie shell)
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle crust with flour and fill with fruit and dust fruit with sugar.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar and milk.
    Beat egg whites and add to yolk mixture.
    Pour custard over fruit.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and continue baking until crust is golden brown.
