Six Weeks Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. melted shortening
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix cereal, sugar, flour, salt and soda in a large bowl.
Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Store in covered container in the refrigerator.
Keeps well for up to six weeks. Bake as many as desired each time at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
