King Crab Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. frozen Alaskan King crab or Snow crab
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Defrost; drain and cut up pieces of crab.
    In a bowl, whip butter and lemon juice until fluffy.
    Beat in mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chopped eggs, horseradish and other seasonings.
    Fold in crab, onion and parsley.
    Cover and chill for several hours. Makes 3 cups.
    Serve with crackers.
