Joy'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 (16 oz.) cans pumpkin
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine eggs and pumpkin.
    Blend in sugar, spice, salt and flour; mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    Makes 3 pies.
