Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch pie
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Louis Kemp crab meat
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/3 chopped green onion
Preparation
    Line 9-inch quiche dish with pastry.
    Prick bottom and sides with fork.
    Combine eggs, mayo, flour and milk.
    Mix through. Stir in crab meat, cheese and green onion.
    Spoon mixture into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
