Smoked Sausage And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. smoked sausage
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 bell pepper, cut in thin slices
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice sausage in thin slices.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Add sausage, onion and pepper to oil and cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes, on medium heat.
    Add drained peas, tomato sauce, water and salt and pepper.
    Stir together.
    Simmer, covered, about 10 to 15 minutes.
