Buffet Style Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry minced onion
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. drained French-style greenbeans
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Melt butter, then stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
    Add sour cream gradually, stirring.
    Fold in green beans. Heat and pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese, grated.
    Sprinkle with cornflake crumbs mixed with melted butter. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes until cheese starts to bubble.
