Deviled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. button mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. wine

Preparation

Brown butter over high heat.
Add mushrooms and heat through. Add wine and remove from burner.
Let mushrooms steep, stirring infrequently.
Serve hot.
