Gourmet Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Uncle Ben's converted wild rice and brown rice mix
12 boned chicken breast halves or tenders
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sherry
1/3 c. slivered almonds
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine soups and sherry.
Place 1/3 of sauce on bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add rice and seasonings (1/2 of package) over that, then 1/3 sauce.
Add chicken pieces and then add last 1/3 of sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and almonds.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
Makes good 8 servings.
