Barbara Whalen'S Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. raw long grain rice
2 1/2 c. water
4 chicken breasts (halves)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 cans mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. parsley
paprika
Preparation

Pam a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread rice in bottom of dish and add water.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice.
Cover with onion soup, mushroom soup and parsley and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Yields 4 servings.
