Cheddar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Basic White Sauce
    1 1/2 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    sprinkle of ground red pepper
Preparation
    Prepare Basic White Sauce according to directions.
    Remove finished sauce from heat, add Cheddar cheese and stir until smooth.
    Sprinkle with red pepper.
