Ingredients

2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box Sure-Jell
Preparation

Mix fruit and sugar in large bowl.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Mix water and Sure-Jell.
Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir into fruit.
Continue stirring three minutes. Ladle quickly into six 1 cup containers.
Cover at once with tight lids.
Let stand overnight, then store in freezer.
