Onion Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    7 oz. can fried onions
    1 large egg
    1 c. milk
    green onions and cracked pepper for extra flavor (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat one minute.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until brown.
