Diabetic Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. sliced apples
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
6 oz. apple juice concentrate (undiluted)
spices to taste (cinnamon and nutmeg)
Preparation

Heat cornstarch and apple juice until boils and thickens. Mixture will be thick.
Add spices and apples.
Fold together well.
