Rice-A-Roni Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine (optional)
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
2 3/4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 c. fresh, frozen or canned (drained) shrimp
Preparation

Brown rice portion of package in margarine. Add water and seasoning packet from rice package.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until water is gone.
Also good using 2 cups chicken pieces (bite size), 1/2 cup chopped walnuts instead of shrimp.
