Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    1 lb. lean round steak, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1 1/2 c. beef broth (1 1/2 c. water to melt 2 beef bouillon cubes)
    1 c. onion, sliced or chopped
    2 green peppers, cut into strips
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 large fresh tomatoes, cut in eighths
Preparation
    While rice is cooking, pound steak and sprinkle with paprika. Let stand while preparing other ingredients.
