Gazpacho(A Fresh Vegetable Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. finely chopped tomato
1/2 c. each chopped green pepper, celery and cucumber
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. snipped chives
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato or V-8 juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium-size stainless steel or glass bowl.
Cover.
Chill at least 4 hours.
Stir occasionally. Serve cold in a cup.
Makes 6 servings.
