Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. white wine (optional)
    2/3 lb. scallops, chopped
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
    Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
    Add cream cheese, egg, Ricotta, basil and pepper.
    Set aside. Mix mushroom soup, wine, scallops, shrimp, crab and Parmesan cheese. Layer 3 noodles in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread seafood mixture on top of noodles.
    Layer 3 more noodles.
    Spread cheese mixture on top.
    Layer remaining noodles.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and decorate with a few shrimp.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
