Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cornbread mix
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 large onion, grated
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated

Preparation

Fry approximately 8 strips of bacon.
Dry and crumble in mixture. Use grease from bacon to bake in cornbread.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
