Ingredients

3 Tbsp. short grain rice
2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
butter
grated nutmeg
Preparation

Put rice in a well-buttered casserole dish with the milk and sugar; place butter sparingly over the top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
