Baked Natural Asparagus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Arrange asparagus in 1-quart shallow casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
