Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 onions
    2 potatoes
    3 zucchini
    2 carrots
    2 ribs celery
    2 cans consomme
    2 cans chicken broth
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    3 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in oil.
    Shred all vegetables in food processor.
    Saute in butter, then add to meat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Cool; take off heat.
    Freezes very well.
