Chokecherry Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 lb. chokecherries
    3 lemons
    6 oranges
    40 lb. sugar
    2 lb. raisins
    2 pkg. yeast
    10 gal. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in a little warm water.
    Combine all the ingredients plus yeast in a crock or large new waste basket.
    Stir twice a day for 20 days.
    Let settle for 10 more days and siphon into bottles.
