Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0 and grease the bottom of muffin cups. With hand mixer, beat the eggs slightly. Add milk, flour and salt and beat just until the mixture is smooth and runny. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 5 minutes, then lower oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 15 to 25 minutes longer until brown on top.
